Customers may request to cancel an order only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

When Can an Order Be Cancelled?

An order can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Please contact Belora Handcrafts as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

If the order is already out for delivery or has been handed over for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
