Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

As candles are personal-use products, Belora Handcrafts does not accept general returns once an order has been received.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, scent preference, opened products, or used candles.

Opened or used candles cannot be returned.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact Belora Handcrafts within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review the issue, please send:

• Your order details
• A clear photo of the damaged product
• A clear photo of the packaging, if applicable

Damage cases must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved Damage Cases

If a damage case is reviewed and approved by Belora Handcrafts, the resolution may be provided as store credit.

If a return is approved, Belora Handcrafts will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened candles
• Used candles
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products returned without prior approval
• Products reported after the 24-hour damage reporting window

Refund Method

Belora Handcrafts currently offers store credit for approved cases.
