Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product is unavailable, it may be shown as Out of Stock on the website.

Belora Handcrafts may update stock availability at any time.

Bulk or Pre-Order Requests

For larger orders or special requests, please contact Belora Handcrafts before placing your order.

Orders above 10 candles may require additional confirmation and preparation time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED.

Belora Handcrafts is not currently VAT registered. VAT is not currently charged on website prices.

If VAT becomes applicable in the future, pricing and invoice details may be updated accordingly.

Orders

Customers are responsible for entering accurate order details, including name, phone number, delivery address, and email address.

Belora Handcrafts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE.

Standard delivery is AED 35. Free delivery is available on orders above AED 250.

Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, but some areas may require more time.

Pickup

Pickup is available from Umm Al Quwain on working days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Pickup is free.

Customers should contact Belora Handcrafts before pickup to confirm the order is ready.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

Belora Handcrafts does not accept general returns.

Opened or used candles cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact Belora Handcrafts within 24 hours and provide photos for review.

Approved cases may be resolved through store credit.

Gift Packaging and Gift Notes

Gift packaging and gift notes are not currently available unless separately confirmed by Belora Handcrafts.
