Clean Slate is best for a fresh, airy, cleaner-feeling home. It includes scent notes such as white tea, cotton, citrus, mint, lavender, jasmine, lemongrass, and soft woods.

Which collection is best for relaxation?

Heritage & Grounding is ideal for calm evenings and deeper home moments. It includes oud, woods, amber, sandalwood, cedar, lavender, pine, and earthy notes.

Which collection is best for floral scents?

Botanical Escape is best for customers who enjoy soft, elegant, romantic, and gift-friendly floral scents. It includes rose, jasmine, violet, lilac, freesia, saffron, sandalwood, and warm floral notes.

Are all candles priced the same?

No. Prices vary by candle. Belora candles currently range from AED 135 to AED 165 depending on the product.

Can I see the scent notes before buying?

Yes. Each product page includes scent notes so you can understand the fragrance direction before placing your order.

Will each product page explain what the candle is best for?

Yes. Each product page should include the scent notes, scent feel, best use, where to use it, and why you may like that candle.

Why does each candle have an ingredient or scent image?

The ingredient-style image helps customers understand the scent direction visually, especially because candles cannot be smelled online before purchase.

Can I ask for help before choosing a candle?

Yes. If you are not sure which candle to choose, you can contact Belora on WhatsApp and share the mood or scent style you prefer.

How should I use my candle for the first burn?

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the top surface before extinguishing the candle. This helps support a more even candle experience.

Should I trim the wick?

Yes. Trim the wick before each burn once the candle has cooled. This helps keep the flame steady and supports a better burn.

Can I leave a candle burning unattended?

No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable items, children, and pets.

When should I stop using the candle?

Stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains at the bottom. Burning too close to the base may cause the container to overheat.

Faq - Order & Delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through the Belora Handcrafts website by choosing your candle, adding it to cart, and completing checkout.

How quickly will Belora respond after I place an order?

Belora aims to respond within 24 hours for order-related questions or support.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Does Belora deliver across the UAE?

Yes. Belora offers delivery across the UAE.

What is the delivery charge?

Standard delivery is AED 35. Orders above AED 250 qualify for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Some areas may take longer depending on location, including certain western areas of Abu Dhabi.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Free pickup is available from Umm Al Quwain on working days between 9 AM and 6 PM. Please contact Belora before pickup to confirm your order is ready.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, contact Belora within 24 hours of receiving the order and send a clear photo of the damaged product.

Does Belora accept returns?

Belora does not accept general returns, including change of mind, scent preference, opened products, or used candles. Approved damage cases may be reviewed for store credit.
