Clean Slate is best for a fresh, airy, cleaner-feeling home. It includes scent notes such as white tea, cotton, citrus, mint, lavender, jasmine, lemongrass, and soft woods.

Heritage & Grounding is ideal for calm evenings and deeper home moments. It includes oud, woods, amber, sandalwood, cedar, lavender, pine, and earthy notes.

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the top surface before extinguishing the candle. This helps support a more even candle experience.

Yes. Trim the wick before each burn once the candle has cooled. This helps keep the flame steady and supports a better burn.

No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable items, children, and pets.

Stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains at the bottom. Burning too close to the base may cause the container to overheat.

You can place your order directly through the Belora Handcrafts website by choosing your candle, adding it to cart, and completing checkout.

Yes, you can request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See the Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Belora offers delivery across the UAE. For Dubai orders, see scented candle delivery in Dubai.

Standard delivery is AED 25. Orders of AED 250 and above qualify for free delivery.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Some areas may take longer depending on location, including certain western areas of Abu Dhabi.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Belora as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order details and clear photographs where applicable. After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund. This notification period does not limit any rights available under applicable UAE law. Please see our Refund Policy.

Belora does not accept general returns for change of mind or scent preference, and opened or used candles are generally not returnable. This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable UAE law.
