Belora Handcrafts sells candles through this website.

We aim to display product names, prices, scent notes, descriptions, and availability as clearly as possible. Product colours, packaging, or visual appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, screen display, and product availability.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product is unavailable, it may be shown as Out of Stock on the website.

Belora Handcrafts may update stock availability at any time.

Bulk or Pre-Order Requests

For larger orders or special requests, please contact Belora Handcrafts before placing your order.

Orders above 10 candles may require additional confirmation and preparation time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED.

Orders

Customers are responsible for entering accurate order details, including name, phone number, delivery address, and email address.

Belora Handcrafts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE.

Standard delivery is AED 25. Free delivery is available on orders of AED 250 and above.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, but some areas may require more time.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Returns and Refunds

Belora Handcrafts does not accept general returns for change of mind or scent preference. Opened or used candles are generally not returnable. This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable UAE law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Belora Handcrafts as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order details and clear photographs where applicable. This notification period does not limit any rights available under applicable UAE law.

After review, Belora Handcrafts will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund to the original payment method, or another remedy agreed with the customer, subject to applicable UAE consumer-protection law.
